Full payment must be made at the time of booking. We accept payment by Visa or Mastercard credit/debit cards, Paypal, or online bank transfers for most of our Hotel New Harmony Inn. The available payment options are displayed during the booking process. A payment processing fee may apply . For walk-in bookings, we also accept cash payments.

Once your booking has been successfully completed, a Booking Confirmation will be issued in respect of each room booked and sent to the email address provided in your registered account. You MUST produce your Booking Confirmation(s) upon check-in at the Hotel, together with your original valid photo identification document (NRIC, passport, driver's licence or other identification card or document as the Hotel may require).

Credit card bookings made within five (5) days prior to check-in date will require presentation of the said card during check-in. Failure to do so may delay your check-in process.

Bookings are accepted subject to room availability.

ROOM RATES


Room rates may or may not include service tax, service charge, VAT, GST and/or other charges or tax subject to the requirements of the country where the Hotel is located. These will be charged at the prevailing rates and are payable in the currency of the Hotel's country of location.

Room rates and details are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice.

RESERVATIONS, AND CANELLATION


All reservations are subject to availability. Reservations made on this site are considered conditional until a confirmation number is given to the guest to substantiate the reservations by email or fax. The hotel may, from time to time, communicate with the guests, to re-confirm the reservations and to prevent any simulated bookings.

Should the guests wish to amend any reservations, modifications may be made on the website at the earliest convenience. The Hotel will not be liable should it fail to provide its products and services due to unavailability.

In the event that the hotel, for reasons beyond its control, need to reject or change a confirmed reservations it will use all reasonable attempt to facilitate the circumstances however if no alternative is provided to the Client, the hotel will return any deposit made and considered it cancelled. This is the limit of the hotel's liability.

The hotel reserves the right to impose a cancellation fee of per room per night in the event of a late cancellation notice or a no-show at the hotel.

The Hotel New Harmony Inn, Cottages and Spa Manali does not guarantee acknowledgement of reservations or transactions made on this site arising from unforeseen circumstances, omissions or errors that may sometimes occur.
